Return Policy:
Cord Warden is committed to our customers being completely satisfied with their
purchase. Therefore, unused product may be returned to us within 30 days for a
full refund of the purchase price. Please call us at our direct number
1-585-739-4755, with your order number, and reason for return. You will then be
given a return authorization number that needs to be written on the outside of
your carton in order to be processed by our customer service department.
Once we receive your product back, we will issue your refund promptly. Shipping
costs are the customers’ responsibility unless our product is found defective,
or if product was shipped incorrectly.
